REAL LEAVES PRESERVED IN 24KT GOLD
We take a hand picked leaf and dry it using special drying techniques. Once it is dried, the leaf is in its skeleton form. We then hand paint the surface with a copper based paint and electroform in pure 24kt gold and other precious metals. The result is a beautiful leaf preserved in pure 24kt gold, a unique handcrafted piece of wearable art.
The leaves are sold by the size which is determined by the longer of the length or the width of the leaf. If the surface area of the leaf appears larger (as length and width are almost same e.g. maple leaves) it is bumped up one unit of measurement. And for some leaves the measurement guidelines doesn't apply because of the high failure rate in their production

Mearurement guidlines:
- Mini-(MN) Up to 1 inch
- Small-(SM) Between 1 inch to 1½ inches
- Medium-(MD) Between 1 ½ inches to 2 inches
- Large-(LG) Between 2 inches to 2 ½ inches
- Extra large-(XL) Between 2 ½ inches to 3 inches
- Jumbo-(JM) Between 3 inches to 3 ½ inches
- Extra Jumbo-(XJ) Between 3 ½ inches to 4 inches
- Super Jumbo-(SJ) Between 4 inches to 4 ½ inches
- Ornament-(OR) 4 ½ inches and above
